Una vez pochada se le a\u00f1aden los tacos de jam\u00f3n, se rehogan con la cebolla y se le a\u00f1aden los champi\u00f1ones laminados con una pizca de pimienta negra. Ya\u00a0todo rehogado se le echa un vaso de vino, se deja evaporar y se le a\u00f1ade la nata. Dejar cocinar 15 min. Pasado el tiempo de cocci\u00f3n se tritura y para que quede m\u00e1s fino se pasa por el chino (si al triturarlo queda espeso, a\u00f1adirle leche).
