A continuaci\u00f3n\u00a0fre\u00edmos la cebolla, el ajo y los pimientos. Una vez pochado, se le a\u00f1ade una cucharada de harina (para espesar salsa), se rehoga, se le a\u00f1ade el vino blanco y se deja evaporar. A\u00f1adimos\u00a04 cucharadas de tomate frito casero y\u00a0las 4 rodajas de congrio y agregamos caldo de pescado,\u00a0espolvorear con perejil picado, dejar cocinar entre 5 y 10 minutos y a\u00f1adir berberechos.
