Rehogamos, a\u00f1adimos el tomate troceado y cocinamos hasta reducir salsa. Triturar.<\/p>\n<h2>PREPARACI\u00d3N (de el tomate relleno)<\/h2>\n<p>Pelamos y vaciamos los tomates. Pintamos con aceite y albahaca. Reservamos<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.decucharaytenedor.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/20150907_125949_640x320.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-732\" alt=\"20150907_125949_640x320\" src=\"https:\/\/www.decucharaytenedor.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/20150907_125949_640x320.jpg\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>En una sart\u00e9n rehogamos las setas con el ajo. A\u00f1adimos el vino y dejamos evaporar. A continuaci\u00f3n echamos la leche evaporada y cocinamos de 10 a 15 minutos. Rellenamos los tomates con la salsa y a\u00f1adimos la yema de un huevo a cada uno de los tomates,\u00a0horneamos durante media hora. Pasados 25 minutos de horneado a\u00f1adimos queso de cabra con una cucharada de az\u00facar encima de cada tomate y dejamos gratinar.
