Mezclamos las yemas con el az\u00facar y batimos hasta que la mezcla blanquee, a\u00f1adimos a esta mezcla el queso mascarpone y unificamos la mezcla. \u00a0A\u00f1adimos a la mezcla anterior las claras montadas a punto de nieve, con movimientos envolventes hasta homogenizar la crema.<\/p>\n<h3>PREPARACI\u00d3N (de la masa)<\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"PicsArt_1452960342937\" src=\"https:\/\/www.decucharaytenedor.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/PicsArt_1452960342937.jpg\" width=\"2048\" height=\"2048\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Derretimos el tulip\u00e1n y a\u00f1adimos la leche. Dejamos atemperar. Tamizamos la harina,\u00a0una vez tamizada, se le a\u00f1ade el az\u00facar, la levadura, el huevo y el tulip\u00e1n con la leche. Se empieza a amasar y se le a\u00f1ade la sal, seguimos amasando\u00a0hasta conseguir una masa homog\u00e9nea. Dejar reposar la masa hasta que doble su volumen. Una vez dejada pasado el tiempo de reposo de la masa hacemos \u00a0bolas y dejamos levedar 4 horas. Fre\u00edmos en abundante aceite.
