Se pueden hacer con agua (tortitas mexicanas)<\/li>\n<li>aceite para fre\u00edr<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">INGREDIENTES (del relleno)<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">pechugas de pavo<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">1 cebolla<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">pimientos: verde, rojo y amarillo<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">2 zanahorias<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">laurel<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">romero<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">piment\u00f3n picante<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">vino tinto<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">sal<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">perejil<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">ajo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">PREPARACI\u00d3N (de los nachos)<\/h2>\n<p>Vertemos la harina en un bol. A\u00f1adimos fondo de estofado triturado y mezclamos hasta conseguir una mezcla homog\u00e9nea,\u00a0dejamos reposar media hora.Hacemos bolas de 30 gr y damos forma a las tortitas. Tostamos en plancha, dividimos tortita en 4 para hacer los nachos y fre\u00edmos. Rehogamos y a\u00f1adimos un vaso de vino tinto, dejamos evaporar y a continuaci\u00f3n a\u00f1adimos perejil triturado con ajo y agua (que ser\u00eda el caldo del guiso). Dejar cocinar a fuego lento 45 minutos aproximadamente. Una vez pasado el tiempo de estofado, a\u00f1adimos otro vaso de vino y dejamos evaporar.
